How can we do that? We are careful in selecting our retailers, ensuring they have the right market for our products. If you are an approved vendor, you automatically qualify for our Guaranteed Sales Program for your first order.
Here's how it works
If your initial order of Wicked Good Doormats do not sell in your store, contact Dave Carter within 45 days of delivery date at 207.360.1559 to arrange a return.
If you are in an area in which we service by truck, we'd be happy to pick them up or swap them for new colors.
Please note: where/when local pickup is not available you are responsible for return shipping.
Items must be in new condition or a 30% restocking fee will apply.
We must be notified within 45 days of delivery date. End of season returns are not allowed.
